Lash lifts: Avoid moisture for 24 hrs, skip steam/sauna for 48 hrs, and condition daily with a lash serum.

Lash extensions: Use a lash-safe cleanser, avoid rubbing/pulling, brush daily, and book a refill every 2–3 weeks to keep them full.
